Referring to the manner in which the ink is transferred to the paper, the word giclée comes from the French verb gicler meaning ‘to spray’. Spraying up to twelve layers of ink results in brilliant colours and pin-sharp definition. Each giclée is printed onto museum grade 285gsm fine art, smooth, bright white, archival paper using UV resistant, archival inks. The choice of paper results in a wonderful depth of colour which is augmented by the flat, matt finish. Each print is signed, numbered, stamped and dated.
